Wauchope Rotary – Pride of Workmanship Awards DO IT ONCE – DO IT WELL

Wauchope Rotary invites Wauchope Business Owners and Managers to promote Pride in Work and specifically the Pride of Workmanship theme of ‘Do it once – do it well’ throughout their business and to nominate an employee who is worthy of recognition for their valued and valuable effort in serving the Wauchope community, not only within the business, but also the wider community.

The pride of Workmanship Award program honours those people who in the eyes of their employer and their customers show a distinct caring quality in their approach, attitude and dedication to their job.

All nominations for the Wauchope Rotary Pride of Workmanship Awards program are presented with a Certificate in recognition of their support of and commitment to pride in work and to customer service and are guests at the Awards dinner. Objective of the program

  • To promote Vocational Service.
  • To encourage Pride of Workmanship in all vocations.
  • To provide employers with an opportunity to recognise employees who display the qualities worthy of an Award.
  • To encourage favourable employer/employee relationships and a sense of community pride in individual achievement.
  • To provide an opportunity for Rotary to be involved in the community, particularly the business community.
This is a great way to show appreciation for the effort of your valued employees or volunteers especially those that ‘Do it once – do it right and do it well’.
